Like when Obamacare mandated that children could be on their parent’s health plan till age 26. A lot of people thought: “Hey, that’s great. Another freebee!” What really happened is that company’s stopped the co-pays for everyone BUT the employee. So, technically they’re still “on the plan”, but the employee is paying for every cent of his/her family members.
The ‘coverage until age 26’ clause was just another tactic to ensure the youth vote for 0bama.
