You should live in MD.

Hubby had to remove the magazine that contained his *7* allowed bullets to go 300 yards up to the hunt club property my dad owns, never once touching an inch of public land, just to hunt deer.

A DNR nazi made ‘surprise visits’ this whole season to make sure nobody had a loaded gun unless they were actually pointing it at a deer.

When I was in high school, every boy had his loaded rifle in the rack of his truck to haul @ss out after school to catch as much daylight as possible.

They’ll hang you for that, now.

_On my dad’s land_.

While Heller certainly was a victory, it was never the total and complete victory some of my pro-gun friends thought it was. Basically all the decision said was the government could not impose an absolute ban on firearms and as I guessed the gun control side was going to come back and say, “OK, this ruling means that we can still do anything except a total ban.”

“Supreme Court has not recognized a right to bear firearms outside the home.”

So what other Rights in the Constitution don't apply outside the home: free speech, trial by jury, cruel and unusual punishment, blacks not being slaves, women voting??

So I don’t have a home. Am I then deprived to the right to keep and bear arms? Don’t see this as holding water.

The time is coming when they cross the line from soft tyranny to hard tyranny. Gun registration is the first step toward confiscation, which then always leads to the same end under socialism - mass civilian graves.

So the “judge” is a glittering jewel of collosal ignorance.

She’s liberal, so what’s the point?

It is very simple to see why Judge Sue Myerscough and others do not want more weapons in Illinois, especially Chicago.....that judge, Obama, Holder, Michelle, Jarrett, the Major and others of that race, see America as though the nation were South Side Chicago or Detroit, places of crime and corruption.

This is exactly what Newt referred to when he said that judges need to be held to account and removed if they practice political activism from the bench and their ruling is clearly contrary to the intent of the constitution. None of the 10 amendments states or even implies a physical boundary or place where our rights are to be curtailed, constrained or restricted.

>>>Two pro-Second Amendment groups — the Second Amendment Foundation (SAF) and Illinois Carry — filed a lawsuit<<<

There’s the problem. Gun-rights groups don’t make for sympathetic plaintiffs, gun-rights individuals do. Both Heller and McDonalds were individuals simply trying to get by.

Ask Alan Gura.

Has the USSC ruled that free speech exist soutside the home? Just where in the Constitution does it say that the Bill of Rights exists only within the home?

Our choices get simpler and more focused every day:

***********

DANGER_FOOLED

***********

We the people...
Choose to vote these lefty-lib Dhimmi-Dems OUT-OUT-OUT at every turn and opportunity...
----We INVESTIGATE, EXPOSE their socialist/globalist agenda, then RECALL or IMPEACH them through every legal and moral means...

--OR--

They remain in power -- and strip away at our God-given liberties; ceding our Constitutional rights and protections to the U.N. or other "global visions".

***********

USA_TAKEBACK2

***********

It's time to wake up...
Revisiting our decision-making paradigm...
...for electing representatives & officeholders...
--AND--
Holding them accountable on a daily basis.

End of Monday rant....
Have a great week everyone!

We the people continue to let the courts and Congress run roughshod over their inalienable rights.
And the band plays on.

Barr’s article is handy proof that Wayne Lapierre was right about this election being crucial regarding the Constitution in general and the Second Amendment specifically.

While Judge Myerscough conceded the Second Amendment protects a “general right to carry guns that include a right to carry operable guns in public,” she tossed out the lawsuit, claiming that the “Supreme Court has not recognized a right to bear firearms outside the home.”

Judge Turn-your-head-and-cough, the Constitution recognizes such a right. We don't have to wait for the Supreme Court to give any sort of final word on anything before it becomes a right. They are there for when morons like you trample on our rights.

This "judge" needs to go. Off the Bench at a minimum, preferably off the planet completely...

She is an active danger to everyone around her.

This idiot judge's ruling is based on the logic process of a 7 year old or younger.

Twisted leftist garbage for all to see, she should be removed from the bench for shear stupidity.

It needs an appeal NOW before the next election in the event
Obama is re-elected.

Right now SCOTUS is leaning in our direction. An Obama election will put another Kagan or Soto-Mayor on the Court.
