Approximately 150 pax, no Vegas-type shows, no casino.

sacre bleur! I hope they have cheap wireless.
the wine thingy sounds good. smaller ships are more ‘intimate’ too.
no casino, not even penny slots .. EU rule no doubt *-?
no shows? yikes.
any bingo? wifey would be bummed if not

that sounds like a great trip.. how many days.. I don’t cruise for anything under 10 these days. I hate all the packing/unpacking. ;-]

The one we're looking at is eight days, but some are as long as 16 days. Viking has been advertising their cruises quite a bit on TV. Some even go to Russia, China, and The Baltics.

Oh, and the price includes airfaire, if you want it booked through the cruise line. Shore excursions are also included, hence why it's so pricey.

It's mostly geared toward us "seasoned" citizens, a much more leisurely pace. Mr. Inspectorette and I went on a Carnival cruise in '92 - never again. Toga parties in the middle of the night marching right past our stateroom, drunks all over the place, and we were nearly 20 years younger then - LOL.
