To: Cincinatus' Wife

I don’t think she had any choice, as we discussed yesterday. There’s a large contingent of Mormons in Arizona, and Bishop Romney instructs them how to vote.

I was hoping she would not endorse anyone, as she suggested earlier, but I think Bishop Romney’s thugs twisted her arm.

Hopefully the voters will see this for what it is, and not be influenced.

I would doubt they outnumber the Protestants and Catholics. That argument doesn't make sense.

Of course she had a choice. She could have stood up for conservative principles over political expediency. But Brewer is no Ronald Reagan, nor is she a Sarah Palin.

The percentage of Mormons in the Phoenix area in 2012 is nothing compared to what it was in say 1965.

No, there is a small contingent of “Jack Mormons” in the state, but most Arizonans have great fun cracking Mormon jokes at every opportunity.
