My thoughts are with those affected by this terrible incident. I will continue to monitor the situation and am confident the ongoing investigation will be conducted properly.

A senator with few actual powers granted by the constitution, will “monitor” the situation. Man, these people have an exaggerated oppinion of themselves and their worth.
