Why not implement Drug Testing for ALL recipients of welfare, food stamps, EBT's, and for Voter Registration (to obtain REQUIRED VOTER PHOTO ID), which would save BILLIONS with elimination of FRAUD.

Cutting social security taxes now is not worthy of saying the obozo cut taxes. That will only expedite the collapse of the social security system and will severely hurt the boomers. That's got to be the jackass's ploy, otherwise he would've cut income taxes. He obviously wants to inflict as much hurt on this country as he can, and he's getting away with it.
