ATLANTA (AP) - Republican presidential candidate Newt Gingrich is planning several campaign appearances in Georgia as candidates prepare for the upcoming Super Tuesday primary in the state on March 6.
Gingrich's campaign announced the two-day bus tour in Georgia would include stops in Dalton, Rome and Carrollton on Tuesday.
On Wednesday, Gingrich is scheduled to visit the State Capitol in Atlanta and appear at events in Covington and Gainesville.

It tells me he is going to maximize his GA base. And BTW, Newt will be in Tennessee across the northern GA border where he will likely will win that state too.
after last night it shows why Romney and Santorum backed out of the GA debate.
Also I was hoping to see the usual suspects on here today , you know the ones who always put about 5 articles up putting down Newt, thus far not seen one of them.
He has the brains and balls to take the MSM on their pathetic bias and take on obama.
Sorry to say Santorum had his first debate as front runner and a lot of facts came out about him and it did not look good nor did his answers especially the crap of one for the team or I ma against it but still voted for it etc.
After last night I am now convinced Newt is the best man, he has had everything thrown at him unlike the others and still can give educated answers and call certain folk out for their bias.
That he's campaigning, you know, something that people running for a nomination do.

No it says he is spending valuable time in a place he should have had a lock on. However, the area today is not anything like it was in the days he represented the area. Has twice as many people and many of them from up north.

But for Romney, we could have had an enlightening and very good primary season, IMHO.
Romney is a vicious, fake conservative, making backroom deals with to buy votes and allegiances, just like I suspect he does in business.
I'm sure Newt Gingrich is the more honorable among them all, and we know for certain that he's the only one prepared to be CIC AND POTUS.

Actually, he is in Washington and Idaho today. It is called an airplane.

Newt should take most the 76 hard delegates in GA on Super Tues. Look for Rick’s momentum to bottom out after last night’s debate.
How do they get away with that? I thought FR was a Bashing Newt Free Zone.
