It seems this is all smoke and mirrors. Nebraska hasn’t permitted its portion of the route. Obama needs all route permits from the effected states before he can approve the pipeline due to crossing international borders. This is how I see it.
See, the Republicans are at fault for cancelling the pipeline because they wouldn’t let Obama delay it any longer. Now I can see why they want people to get abortions.
