Franklin Graham, the evangelist and son of Billy Graham, gave sharply different answers Tuesday when asked whether he believed Rick Santorum and Barack Obama were Christians.
Graham, the CEO and president of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, also declined to say on MSNBCs Morning Joe whether he thought Mitt Romney was a Christian. He weighed in at length on the candidates and their faith:
* ON OBAMA: You have to ask him. I cannot answer that question for anybody. All I know is Im a sinner, and God has forgiven me of my sins You have to ask every person. He has said hes a Christian, so I just have to assume that he is.
Pressed as to whether Obama had accepted Jesus Christ, Graham said, I dont know, recounting a conversation with the president over how Obama came to accept Christianity.
I just dont get it, Reverend, said panelist Mike Barnicle. Why cant you just say, yeah, I believe hes a Christian?
According to Graham, Obama had said he only started going to church because community groups in Chicago insisted he do so in order to work them.

As far as I’m concerned, HUSSEIN is a muslim who was born in kenya.....unless of course he can prove otherwise.......I’m not holding my breath.
Barnicle is right. He doesn't get it. Sound like he could use prayers for his salvation.
I assume otherwise, because the fruits of his life (no gay pun intended) don’t demonstrate a Christian life and thinking. I doubt if God, or any of the pseudo gods like Allah, ever enter into his thinking. His thinking is utopian Marxism, regardless of how he chooses to get that big government.
Most people would have given Obama the benefit of the doubt until they met Reverend Wright. That did it for most people.
Since then, Obama confirms people’s suspicions about him by his positions on moral issues, and as Graham mentions, his unwillingness to speak up about the slaughter of Christians when the perps are muslim.
Sorry, I refuse to believe anyone can be a rabidly pro abortion as this guy is and be a genuine Christian. If that comes off as judgmental, so be it.
Anybody who sat in the Rev. Wrights pews for as long as Obama did, is NOT Christian.
Ok, I'll play..
At least not until you may become more directly locked in the life and death struggle desired by muslims.
You posted a picture of truth. bttt
PROOF:
Its quite clear why the Marxist Left never uses their Stalinist tactics to go after Obamamessiahs religious beliefs; he embraces the same _political religion_ they embrace, ie: Marxism.
One of the questions Rick Warren asked the 2008 candidates was:
[Who are] The three wisest people they would consult as president?
Obama named two, his wife and grandmother. He also said he would consult bipartisan sources such as former Democratic Sen. Sam Nunn and Republican Sen. Richard Lugar. http://www.RickWarrenNews.com./
Notice below who Obamamessiah named in 2004 - he didnt name ANY of those people above - he named the race-bating, America-damning hate-mongers in his church as the ones he looks to for guidance. Now hes tap-dancing as far and fast as he can away from those close friends. What a phony!

GG:
Do you have people in your life that you look to for guidance?
OBAMA:
Well, my pastor is certainly someone who I have an enormous amount of respect for.
I have a number of friends who are ministers. Reverend Meeks is a close friend and colleague of mine in the state Senate. Father Michael Pfleger is a dear friend, and somebody I interact with closely.
GG:
Those two will keep you on your toes.
OBAMA:
And theyre good friends. Because both of them are in the public eye, there are ways we can all reflect on whats happening to each of us in ways that are useful.
I think they can help me, they can appreciate certain specific challenges that I go through as a public figure.
GG:
Do you still attend Trinity?
OBAMA:
Yep. Every week. 11 oclock service. ..
GG:
Do you believe in sin?
OBAMA:
Yes.
GG:
What is sin?
OBAMA:
Being out of alignment with my values.
GG:
What happens if you have sin in your life?
OBAMA:
I think its the same thing as the question about heaven. In the same way that if Im true to myself and my faith that that is its own reward, when Im not true to it, its its own punishment.
GG:
Where do you find spiritual inspiration? Music, nature, literature, people, a conduit you plug into?
OBAMA:
There are so many.
Nothing is more powerful than the black church experience. A good choir and a good sermon in the black church, its pretty hard not to be move and be transported. ..
GG:
Is there something that you go back to as a touchstone, a book, a particular piece of music, a place ...
OBAMA:
As I said before, in my own sort of mental library, the Civil Rights movement has a powerful hold on me. ITs a point in time where I think heaven and earth meet. ..
GG:
Do you ever have people who know youre a Christian question a particular stance you take on an issue, how can you be a Christian and
OBAMA:
Like the right to choose.
I havent been challenged in those direct ways. And to that extent, I give the public a lot of credit. Im always stuck by how much common sense the American people have. They get confused sometimes, watch FoxNews or listen to talk radio. Thats dangerous sometimes.
But generally, Americans are tolerant and I think recognize that faith is a personal thing, and they may feel very strongly about an issue like abortion or gay marriage, but if they discuss it with me as an elected official they will discuss it with me in those terms and not, say, as you call yourself a Christian. I cannot recall that ever happening. ... [...]

Abner J. Mikva- Thurgood Marshall Award
He is a long-time political supporter of US President Barack Obama. Mikva offered Obama a law clerk position in his judicial office after Obama graduated from Harvard Law School; Obama declined the offer.
US Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan was one of his law clerks.
Mikva became Obama's political advisor and suggested he learn more effective public speaking from observing preachers. Mikva said of Obama: He listened to patterns of speech, how to take people up the ladders.
Its almost a Baptist tradition to make someone faint, and, by God, hes doing it now.

I just dont get it, Reverend, said panelist Mike Barnicle. Why cant you just say, yeah, I believe hes a Christian?
Why does he have to say that? Some kind of loyalty oath or what? Why does Barnicle need to hear Graham say it?
Lets see... he was born to a muslim father
he lived in a muslim country
he went to a muslim school
some of his first acts as president were to call muslims countries, and order NASA to set up a muslim ‘outreach’ program.
He does not celibrate Christmas or Easter (finally relented and said the White House would get a “Christmas Wishing Tree”), but he does celibrate Ramadan and other more obscure Muslims holidays.
Told an arab country king or prime minister (I forget which one) that he was a Muslim.
Bows to Arab kings.
Can recite the muslim “call to prayer” in perfect arabic.
Says the call to prayer is the most beautiful sound he ever heard.
Says the USA is no longer a Christian country.
.....but he tells us he is a Christian.
