We have people working in my plant that have real identification, real SS numbers, and pass E-verify. They are not legal.
Somebody somewhere sold their name, dob and SS. So every week money is going into FICA in the same name and SS from God only knows how many sources.
E verify does NOT check if the same Name DOB and SS is being used in other states.
Legal HB1 and HB2 workers get a credit transfer system with their country's SS system.
