I have a Great Dane, whose ears I have absolutely not had muitilated. If I had a Dobe, I'd not allow anyone to mutilate either his ears or tail. Those mutilations are miniscule compared to the vast destruction and reconstruction that has to be done to "change" a human being's sex. Such procedures should only be allowed for adults.
