Obama will not get another Supreme Court nominee. His replacement will get three in rapid succession through the deaths of Ruth Bader Ginsburg who will die of cancer, Stephen Breyer who will die of old age, and Sonia Sotomayer who will die of a seizure induced by her poor management of her diabetes.

It is interesting to me that Ginsburg doesn’t retire before Obama could be out. Of course, she still has time .

Obozo has painted Ginsburg into a corner. He needs her on the Supreme Court to cast her vote to uphold ObozoCare. That decision is not likely to be handed down until August or September so she cannot retire until after that case. As soon as that case is decided, the Congress will be in recess to compaign for themselves and their friends. That means the Senate will not take up any nominee until the current Congress returns. Harry Reid may try to hold hearings and schedule a vote during the lame duck session, but I doubt he would be successful. My prediction that Justice Ginsburg will succumb to her cancer while sitting on the bench in last Spring of 2013 still stands.
