TYRIRK HARRIS and his girlfriend were well-known on their bustling Tacony block as lousy neighbors.
They hogged parking spaces. They took their time in silencing their frequently tripped car alarms. They let their two dogs run outside unleashed, biting and barking at passers-by and leaving piles of poo polka-dotting neighbors' yards.
The couple's hot temper was even more notorious.
Harris, 27, ended an argument over a snowy parking space last winter by placing his hand on his holstered gun, neighbors said. His girlfriend once posted a sign on her car, parked curbside, warning passers-by that she would shoot anyone who messed with it, neighbors said.
But Franklin Manuel Santana was new to the block. He, his wife and their newborn daughter moved from Miami to their first-floor apartment on Torresdale Avenue near Magee just a month ago.
So when Santana knocked on Harris' door late Tuesday afternoon to talk about the poo problem, he went unarmed - and unsuspecting.
Frances Fogarty, walking to the ShopRite to get T-bone steaks for Valentine's Day dinner, witnessed what happened next.
"Frank was calm, polite," Fogarty, 45, said yesterday. "He said: 'I'm just asking you, please keep your dog off my lawn. If I have to come back here, there's gonna be a problem.'
"Tyrirk said, 'Oh, is that a threat?' And then Tyrirk just pulled out the gun and shot him in the face. Then he stood over him and let out all the rest of the rounds, maybe nine or 10 more."

The moral of the story here is, if it wasn’t for those ‘evil guns’, this never would have happened.

Well folks, when BHO gets elected for a 2nd term, and I’m afraid that he will, then you can kiss your 2nd amend. rights goodbye. You had better stock up on your guns and ammo now. BHO will get to appoint one and possibly two more SCJ’s and when that happens your guns/ammo are history. Prepare now ‘cause it’s gonna happen.

So these AMISH folk are now adopting names like TYRIRK to disguise who they are. Damn Amish!
No, he lost his life because a piece of poo for brains unloaded his gun into him for no reason other than hatred and entitlement.
My theory has been that they name their kids what was in a spoonful of alphabet soup.
He was turning his life around and was an aspiring rap artist with a bright future. You can't put someone like that in prison! Besides, his mother said he was good boy who was hanging out with the wrong crowd. /S
They're also undisciplined and prone to in-fighting. Those are good traits for a riot, but counter-productive in a prolonged battle.
I've got "shizzy" neighbors. Drug addicts, welfare mom, etc. she would pump up the volume full blast in the mornings, with two little kids in the house. My walls would vibrate from the boom-boom of the bass. Complaints from neighbors did little. (Cops have been there many times, she's been arrested a couple times for other reasons.)
I got fed up. So every time I'd hear the loud music, I would stand by my fence and point an air-horn (the type for sporting events) towards her open window a couple feet away and let loose some loud blasts. The loud music stopped after a few more times. Fight fire with fire.

I'm glad it went the right way for you, but a ding-bat like that might have her latest baby daddy come over and worse case take a shot at you like in the story.
Her black baby daddy and I have an understanding. I have no beef with him if he keeps his distance. The NRA stickers on my truck and home let him know I mean business. My video security cameras pointed their way let them know that if they start anything it's recorded.

The point was that this psychotic nutball ever had a ccw at all and he was a “school police officer” to boot. Just what the kiddies need is an armed psycho with a badge patrolling school grounds.
