On Fox News last night, Mitt Romney dismissed Rick Santorums Rombo ad, which features a Mitt Romney look-alike shooting mud at a cardboard cutout of a smiling Santorum, as the the most negative ad Ive seen, so far, per GOP12.
Look, its not something Im going to whine about, Romney added. I know theres some candidates that want to whine about the fact that you go back-and-forth and talk about the distinctions between one another.

LOL!! You stole my thoughts exactly! AND, he thinks we’re too stupid to notice.
His arrogance has him thinking, instead, that he is delivering to us a teaching moment, for us to appreciate his specialness, fine maturity and finess to rise above xyz;to admire how he is above whining, .... while whining! Great laugh, here.
Can a cartoon come next, please.
Hannity has long ago prostituted his working class values and standards for ratings and his job for him is more an outlet for his unmanageable energy, but he still remembers the language of conservatives and all the conservative platitudes that others survive on, who actually do nothing.
When Hannity has to tell you how marvelous he is, then the dye is cast, and his show has become a noisy platform for flackers not thinkers, a show with the depth of a sheet of paper.
GRETA has far fewer flackers but is more into the action figures, the heavier weights who are actually IN the game making the sausage, doing the work, for good or ill. They get revealed on her show, rather than the all-about-me Sean, who constantly interrupts, editorializes too long and over injects himself rather than his guest.
There is a BIG difference the Romney and Paul ads about Newt were full of lies and distortions, and his minions like Christie and Coulter keep repeating what the have to know are lies. I would think that makes them liars also.
You've got some mighty thin-skin there Mr. Whiner Rino.
Actually Romney probably realized it was another gaffe as soon as it came out of his mouth. But the speed-talker is racking up such a list of gaffes by now, this one might get overlooked by the cartoonists.
Yep. What a thin skinned whiner. Just like the current occupant of the WH.
Whoever did that ad needs to think about other uses for the Romney double. Maybe he can re-inact the Romney episode of torturing his family dog by strapping it to the top of the family station wagon.
You’re right about his gaffe-o-meter must have immediately gone off as it consistently gains altitude! Can you imagine the glee, again today, behind the Axlerod desk as to how to caricature this weirdo nerd? What fun they can have! Heck, WE are even snorting and laughing and Obama has had to put up NOTHING against Romney! LOL!
Romney will simply NEVER make it to the nomination. His backers must be sobbing by now!
My real dilemma is whether to vote Newt or Rick on the 28th.
I LOVE the Rombo commercial, btw.
Oh, boy. The dog story. A Saturday Night Live skit hasn’t been done on that yet? When you look back on the gaffes, the potential for using humor and ridicule against the guy is incredible.
Our President will be immune to that treatment. Lampoonery would be disrespectful of the office of the President of the United States, you know.
See! The man just cannot be honest.
Letterman did a bit on the dog thing last night...and Romney in general.
After watching Santorum on CBS this morning, I am worried about him too, if he’s the one. I bet you could find it on the CBS website. Charlie Rose wasted no time playing the MSNBC Andrea Mitchell-Bayer Aspirin contraceptive bomb on Santorum, and I don’t think Santorum came across as defending well from that attack. JMHO.
Then again, I heard on Rush that she put that stupid Andrea Mitchell ‘catch my breath’ meme to Santorum as Mr. Foster being ‘creepy’. Hard to field that without saying the atrocious worldview required to object to the very sensible suggestion. She’s a liberal and part of the liberal social disorder crew. She masks it by being libertarian on fiscal issues. Of course, to me, a libertarian is a social liberal who insists on balancing their checkbook after writing checks for self-indulgences.
