Don't know, maybe Rick has made some big deal out of him “Buying American”, if so then he gave Mitt the hypocrisy mud ammo.

Can we blame Mitt, he had to find SOMETHING to hit Rick with.

Well IF this election is going to have to be about Santrom I would much prefer to hear/read him talk about German cars versus his birth control policies.

My A6 is a quattro, but I think Rick’s is the base fwd model, based on the reported price.

The closest American brands include a Cadillac CTS awd, and a Taurus awd. Both pretty good, but cost almost as much as the Audi.

Audi outsells BMW and Mercedes in Germany, which is home to these sophisticated vehicles.

Like my Audi a lot, but my next car will be for better mileage and lower price.

Maybe we’ll get a good small displacement diesel or two made in the USA, if they hope to compete better.

The Volt is the answer to the question nobody was asking.
