“In a potential Election 2012 matchup, the president posts a 47% to 43% lead over former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney. If former U.S. Senator Rick Santorum is the Republican nominee, the president leads 47% to 41%.”
There is more than ample reason for people to be fed up with Pres. Obama and yet these are the numbers. It’s very disheartening.
Well, on one hand, it’s easy to be disheartened. On the other, there’s something that tells me not to lie down and take it — FIGHT IT.
Time for ALL conservatives to rally, at some point, around ONE man. Then EVERYONE, and I mean everyone get out and work for this person — campaign, drive out the vote!
This is what dems do — they fight, tough and scrabble — they drag out everyone living and not living ...they do this, and we don’t do it.
Time to get in there and FIGHT FOR IT, and work for it — I believe it CAN be done, but the candidates can’t do it alone, not with the relentless attacks from the media. There has to be a populist backlash against all of it.
Look, recent polls aren't even able to accurately predict the results of primaries a couple days before the elections. Why are we giving any credence to polls 9 months out with candidates that are not locked in yet and that are within the margin of error? One of my biggest pet peeves is these GOP nominee vs. Obama polls. Worthless.
