Hey, it says “Heart Attack Grill” on the sign out front.

I’d say this was just a confirmation of truth in advertising.

Actually, according to Dr. Atkins, the only part of this burger that’s bad for you is the bun. Take that away and you’d have close to 0 carbs.

I’ve been on low carb for 12 years. It lowered my triglycerides, cholesterol and blood pressure.

That would be an interesting trial, because the evidence that saturated fat and cholesterol contribute to heart disease has been falling apart for decades. At the moment it's more of an old wive's tale than scientific fact.

This was published in 2002 in the New York Times of all places:

What if It's All a Big Fat Lie?

Long, but worth the read. This is the last line in the article (a quote from Dr. David Ludwig, a researcher at Harvard Medical School who runs the pediatric obesity clinic at Children's Hospital Boston):

"Can we get the low-fat proponents to apologize?"

Well, they can’t get them for false advertising.

Interesting re 'lawyer' aspect. But hard to sue; given the name of the place. Seems he got what he paid for. At least; no 'covert' advertising or misrepping product.
