Three Cheers for Global Warming!
Boy, that Global Warming is really something.
Don’t worry, I’m sure this will be blamed on the U.S. and the 0bama Administration will find a way that we’ll pay for any of the damages of the bitter, global-warming induced, cold weather.
I guess you didn't get the memo. when things started cooling off they changed it to "Climate Change" - which allows them to say that ANY change in the weather is a result of made-made CO2 emissions.
Globule warming is so passé. The phrase is now “climate change”. This covers it all. If the temperature goes higher then normal ... climate change. Temperatures go below normal ... climate change. Temperature deviates beyond the norm ... climate change.
Climate change phrased correctly in the best “screaming” headlines is a moneymaker.
I couldn't find it quickly, but I saw an article in the past month where someone blamed the cold European weather on the melted Arctic icepack... which is of course caused by global warming.
The truth is that most people don't understand the difference between climate and weather. Weather has always experienced extremes, and will continue to do so. Climate change is a much more gradual thing, and it has been going on since long before our ancestors learned to walk upright.
