Mitt Romney is getting some heavy air support in Michigan the state where he was born and raised as the super PAC supporting him invests almost $500,000 on television ads there.
According to someone who tracks Republican media spending, Restore Our Future has committed just over $470,000 for commercials starting Tuesday and set to run through Feb. 20. That marks the groups largest purchase yet in Michigan, where it will have spent more than $700,000 on ads by next week.
The group said Monday that it would continue for now to run an ad called Risk that targets Newt Gingrich using images and attacks that have by now become familiar advertising fodder. It cites the proliferation of earmarks during his tenure as House speaker and shows a shot of him sitting with Nancy Pelosi on a couch in front of the Capitol, a shot taken from a public service announcement on global warming.

That's an interesting observation. I think you definitely have hit on something.
BTW, did you know that Obama's "Truth Team" website is called KeepingHisWord.com, caps exactly as I have written them. Talk about a messiah complex.
I will NEVER vote for Romney, to do so admits defeat.
We are on the brink of disaster and cannot afford over hissy fits over not getting our favorite candidate elected. Obama is worse than Carter or Johnson. He is mocking the country with the type of worse than unqualified persons he has appointed.
That’s a LIE!
Hey ? read it again, it was a question.
Another Major Fail on your part:
(CNN) - Newt Gingrich has at least one name on his list of potential running mates: GOP rival Mitt Romney.
“I think Mitt Romney is a very admirable person, and I’m not going to pick a fight with Mitt Romney,” Gingrich said in an interview Wednesday with CNN’s Wolf Blitzer.
When asked if he would ever ask Romney to be his vice presidential nominee, Gingrich didn’t mince words.
“I think the consensus is that he’d certainly be on the list, whether he’d want to or not,” Gingrich said. “He’s a very competent person. This is a very serious man. I would certainly support him if he became the Republican nominee.”

Besides the old "news" are dated July 12, 2011, which is no news at all as you like to pretend.
Keep posting misleading so-called "news" to completely destroy your credibility as a poster.
As if that wasn’t bad enough!
Gingrich defends Romney...
“Governor Romneys made very clear that he favors absolute repeal of Obamacare,” said Gingrich. “I also think in all fairness to Governor Romney that he vetoed many provisions that the liberal Democrats in the Massachusetts state legislature added to the bill and they overrode his veto.”

Ouch.
I am calling a misleading manipulator, rehashing old interviews as “breaking news”,
as Newt calling Mitt a liar. You’re no better than Romney.

It's reassuring to see that you're nasty, degrading and completely irrational to everyone and not just to me.
You post some unbelieveably ludicrous accusations, and you do it ALL the time.
Wow. I hope you're not this horrific in real life. I really do....
I’m with you. SO what if Newt said Romney was an admirable man back in December of 2011. That was last year. Now it’s 2012. We shouldn’t hold candidates responsible for nice things they said about candidates in prior years.
I assume the Newt folks will take the same position about stuff Santorum said all the way back in 2008, in a previous election.
Come on now. He doesn't say he is the main guy to be picked, but Newt does clearly say that he is on his short list and someone he respects enough to chose.
Let's not forget Newt defended Romneycare mandates and Milts goals in signing that.
Lets see. You are saying that everyone who endorsed Romney over McLame in 2008 is not to be trusted? You do know that Romney is more conservate than McLame right? So everyone whe every endorsed Romney in 2008 is off your list? You know that includes:
Jim DeMint
Tom Tancredo
Jim Talent
Also From Wikipedia:
As of November 5, 2007, The Hills running tally of endorsements from members of Congress showed Romney leading McCain 38 to 28 for the lead among Republican candidates.[102] Conservatives in the Republican coalesced around Romney after the January 29 Florida primary. Former Pennsylvania Senator Rick Santorum endorsed Romney on the talk radio show of Laura Ingraham. The talk radio community, Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, William Bennett, Mark Levin, Dennis Prager, Glenn Beck, Hugh Hewitt and Laura Ingraham endorsed Romney, in an anti-McCain move. In spite of their efforts, Romney was out of the race and McCain became the presumptive nominee less than two weeks after Florida
Looks like I was in good company.
Sorry, I ignore trolls. Bye Bye.

Up until now Mitt Romney had been on cruise control during the debates. This clip shows that he has a tougher fight a when debating Newt Gingrich.
