The EPA
The Bureau of Indian Affairs
or, PETA,

It suggests to me that a clandestine burying of AmerIndian artifacts, like arrowheads, etc., on a proposed mosque site, and then claiming it was “an ancient Indian burial ground” would cause Liberal heads to explode over the dilemma. Seriously, is this what the US has come to??

I remember in the 1950s-60s, our elementary textbooks bragging about the dams, water diversions, highways, bridges, power plants, refineries, oil wells, civil engineering, agribusiness, and other achievements of man-over-nature that we’d completed, with no end in sight.

Now we tremble at a snake skeleton, a scampering mouse, a petroglyph, a suspected arrowhead (unless Feinstein has leased the property), three-toed mouse, one-eyed falcon, or saguaro west of the Colorado.
