Hate to break it to you Newt supporters... Newt is done, finished as a Presidential candidate,,, his biggest donor Sheldon Adelson has pulled the plug on Newt’s Presidential campaign, I guess Sheldon Adelson has seen the writing on the wall...

I was on the Cain Train til shortly before he quit and has taken me awhile to readjust.

Watching all three speeches today made it easy to pick my candidate ... Newt 2012

The other two have no spark, no excitement, it’s like watching paint dry. No way could they beat the zero.

Newt 2012

I think LIARS like you ought to be banned from great sites like these.

Newt’s not done, and no one has “pulled the plug” on his campaign. They are actively fundraising now. The Adelsons haven’t made any contributions lately, but have not said they won’t in the future.

“R.C. Hammond, Gingrich’s spokesman, said in an interview at a stop on Feb. 8 in Cleveland that the campaign’s finances are “doing fine.” He said Gingrich was “pledged” $2 million from meetings in Las Vegas before the Feb. 4 Nevada caucus, declining to give more details.”

“Gingrich will spend Valentine’s Day next week at the Fresno, California, home of Wendy and Ryan Turner, according to the Fresno Bee, where couples must pay $1,000 for entry and $2,500 if they want a photograph with the presidential candidate.”

Besides, money does not make or break a campaign as Santorum more than anyone else has shown us. There are two debates to come before Super Tuesday. Santorum’s busy getting his rectal probing between now and then while Romney continues to freefall uncontrollably and may lose Maine to Ron Paul.

" Besides, money does not make or break a campaign as Santorum more than anyone else has shown us "

What ? a few months ago the Newt supporters were saying that Newt is the one on the way to the GOP nomination with all his money, but now your tune has changed since Newt has not made any headway with all the money he HAD .
No, the people of the likes like YOU are the liars keeping on harping on how Rick Santorum is a loser, he can't win, so on and so on.... we had to endure this for weeks..

Dear Jay, (my $100.00 donation to help save our country)

Thank you for supporting Newt Gingrich for President!

Newt is offering leadership now on the jobs crisis, reducing our deficit and the many other challenges facing our nation. Your generous donation of 100.00 makes it possible for his winning message to reach voters across the nation.

Please take a moment to invite your friends and family to get involved at http://newt.org/get-involved by sharing through email, facebook, and twitter.

Thank you,

Newt 2012

I gave $100 this week as well. Sounds like he’s got a plan, do fundraising this month, score in the debates in the run-up to Super Tuesday, and then surge at the right time, just as Santorum’s bloom is fading and Mitt is becoming irrelevant as people tire of his attack strategy.

Newt Gingrich voted in favor of creating Jimmy Carter’s Department of Education.

Rick enthusiastically vote for Medicare Part-D and No Child Left Behind, among other Statist proposals. Medicare Part-D dwarfs the education budget. Rick's actual record is less Conservative than Newt's. It's laughable how Rick tries to come across as a rock-ribbed Conservative.

I have problems with Newt (AGW being the prominent) but on balance Newt is much more specific and much more focused to truly rolling back government.

Ricky seems more interested in using the power of the State to bend the individual to his liking.

Best speech of the candidates at CPAC. He gets to the point and knows more how to get things done in Washington than the other two front runners. Go Newt.

Answer this question ? why is former financial backer Adelson going to turn around and back Romney now ?..
Well ? remember all the Newt supporters trashing Rick for endorsing Romney in 2008 ? now Newt's financial backer is going to back Romney now... how about that !!

The South shall rise again. Newt increased turnout 35% in SC, all of Santorum’s and Mitt’s wins had depressed or basically flat turnout.

I never made any comments that Newt would win because of his money. I only said I hope he wins because he’s by far the best candidate.

Santorum’s not on the ballot in Virginia (like Newt) but also Indiana and many Ohio counties. For that reason alone he’ll have a tougher time winning in the end than Newt.

Newt’s headway was stopped by Romney’s attack machine. We’ll see how Santorum handles it. It’s an apples and oranges comparison at this point since Santorum hasn’t faced the heat.

Romney’s boy Tim Pawlenty is calling for Newt to drop out of the race. He knows that Newt withdrawing only helps Romney.

Another lie! No he isn’t, he said he’d only back Romney if he won the nomination.

Thanks for the new info. If all of us do what we can, this is far from over.

Newt is the most inspirational, substantive candidate I have seen since Reagan.

No you are wrong, it isn’t an issue because if you stop earmarks in the congress then what you do is give the President the power to decide where the money allocated is to be spent, and where do you think Obama would spend the money?

So, as I said, only a moron makes the earmark issue an issue, it is like sheep hearing other sheep and repeat what they hear, how’s that brayng of yours coming.

BTW - you man Myth will not get the votes he needs no matter what you may wish, tell Ann we here at FR thinks she has flipped her wig...

Go read the website THE HILL.... He and Romney had a meeting last week while in Nevada.... and will back Romney 100 % ... but go on, keep fighting Rick Santorum and his supporters, but if all of us don’t rally around Rick Romney might just run away with the GOP nomination.

Get your facts straight! What I said was absolutely correct. Adelson is only supporting Romney IF HE WINS THE NOMINATION, PERIOD. If you have an article that says otherwise, post it.

... but go on, keep fighting Newt Gingrich and his supporters, but if all of us don’t rally around Newt Romney might just run away with the GOP nomination.
