"She was born with a natural, undivided allegiance to the United States."

Well done, written by an attorney.

To the more pertinent points of the article:

"Judge Malihi avoided the substantive distinctions among a naturalized citizen, a native-born 14th-Amendment citizen, and the constitutional safeguard for the presidency: the requirement of natural born citizen status.

The Supreme Court in Minor was asked to decide whether the "privileges or immunities" of citizenship guarded by the 14th Amendment gave Virginia Minor the right to vote in spite of Missouri's male suffrage laws.

The Court ruled that Ms. Minor did not need the 14th Amendment for her citizenship (and that the right of citizenship never came with an automatic privilege of suffrage). Minor's type of citizenship preceded the amendment passed (by Republicans over Democrat protest) to protect the former slaves.

The Court held that Virginia Minor was a natural born citizen. Though Missouri law denied her the vote, she could have become president. She was born with a natural, undivided allegiance to the United States."

Excellent. The reason that three branches of government stick their collective heads in the sand defies understanding. Pray for our country.

Obama returned from Indonesia as Barry Soetoro, Indonesian National, in 1971 as an Unaccompanied Minor. He was taken into Federal Protective custody and placed with Catholic Social Services of Connecticut through the Federal Foster care system.

The Soetoro Adoption was annulled. His name was changed back to Barack Hussein Obama II and a HI COLB was "filed" with the HI DoH. The adoption annulment did not change his citizenship. He became Barack Hussein Obama II, a permanent resident alien of the United States. Permanent resident aliens are qualified to obtain a SSN. Catholic Social Services of Connecticut filed on behalf of Obama for his SSN; thus, a Connecticut based SSN.

Obama remained in the custody of Catholic Social Services of Connecticut until he reached the age of majority. Barack Hussein Obama II naturalized to become a U.S. Citizen in 1983. He's ineligible for POTUS because he is a naturalized American citizen.

Why have you remained silent on this issue?

Thank you for posting this. You and the author are patriots of the first order. I’ve forwarded the link the the AT article to the people in my address book, and exhorted them to exhort them to do the same to any that they in turn send the information along to. This whole undivided loyalty thing is NOT a difficult concept, if presented properly to our fellow citizens. At least, the ones that give enough of a —— to pay a few precious moments of attention. God bless.
