They are already in use by local law enforcement. We’ve got to put ALL the pieces together...
Authorizing the drones is just the final piece in a long list of “security changes,” from who answers to who for what and who takes control...the Federal Government.
So if a ‘state’ or city becomes a break-a-way situation there is no states rights.
