Per the latest Rasmussen poll, Obama has somehow managed to get back into positive approval - 51% approval vs. 48% disapproval. That’s why it will be difficult no matter who our nominee is.
“Per the latest Rasmussen poll, Obama has somehow managed to get back into positive approval - 51% approval vs. 48% disapproval.”
The reason is obvious. The media and the ignorant lemmings follow the unemployment number as if it were a decree from God.
That 8.3% number means nothing. We have lost tons of workers who do not even show up in the Labor Dept’s numbers. But do you think most Americans know this? Hell no they don’t!
Which is why we’re screwed unless we can somehow relay this fact to the masses. Eff the media and doubleEFF Obama.
The polls can be wrong. Look at Colorado tonite. They were wrong—very wrong. They had Mittwit winning by a landslide there. These approval polls can go up and down all spring and summer. Obummer has been campaigning non-stop except when he is on vacation. Unemployment improving is not the only thing voters look at.
Yes, it is a grave concern for the future of our nation.
Still, I believe as many of us do that "reality" is winding up for a b@tchslap of epic proportions regarding the economy and national security that will hit any time in the next 9 months.
And no matter what the regime does, they won't be able to contain the reality that impacts each and every American citizen.
Gas prices, food prices, the lack of jobs and prosperity is a specter that haunts all Americans and cannot be concealed. Iran is preparing for a "first strike" against us and Israel, and beyond a scraped knee, obozo is way out of his league.
Obozo should take a moment and look around the occupied office. He'll be unemplioiyed this time next year and the cleaning crew will still be working on removing the commie stench.
The economy feels better, and frankly, it is very hard for a Democratic president to stay in negative approval with most of the population on the coasts. Polls are no doubt heavily weighted toward those areas.
