I don't think they have many orders for the 747-800’s on the books but I'd defiantly fly with an airline that bought them..my hope is Cathay Pacific is going to buy them

No worries, Boeing is producing the next version of the 747 (747-800). You're only about 792 off on the dash number. ;^)
The new 747s are designated -8I for the pax version and -8F for the freighter.
