Following a Georgia judges ruling that Barack Obama is eligible to be on the states 2012 Democratic Party presidential ballot, the front lines in the continuing eligibility battle are being fought in Arizona.
Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio told WND today his office has scheduled a news conference in Phoenix for March 1 to release findings of the Cold Case Posse that has been investigating Barack Obamas birth certificate and eligibility to be president.
Arpaio declined to release to WND any of the posses conclusions in advance of the press conference, although he is on record saying the findings may be shocking to many.
In a separate matter, Arpaio told WND that a group of Department of Justice officials from Washington, D.C., began meeting with officials of the Maricopa County Sheriffs Office regarding the DOJs allegation of systematic violations of the federal civil rights of Hispanics.
If the negotiations fail, the DOJ has threatened to take Arpaio and the MCSO to federal court, setting up an epic political battle just as Arpaio prepares to issue the results of the Cold Case Posses investigation.
Arpaio investigating Obama since September
Arpaios decision to investigate Obama follows a meeting held in his office Aug. 17 with tea party representatives from Surprise, Ariz., who presented a petition signed by more than 250 Maricopa County residents. The petitioners expressed concern that their voting rights could be irreparably compromised if Obama uses a forged birth certificate to be placed on the 2012 presidential ballot in Arizona or otherwise is found to be ineligible.

While I respect Joe.. I suspect he is going to come out with the same findings the Judge in GA did.
The time to stop zero was before he was in charge of the skeletons in the closet and before he was one of the most powerful men in the United States.
This whole issue has gotten crazy imo.
Let’s just beat him the ole fashion way.
Yes WE can!
Lets just beat him the ole fashion way.
Yes WE can!
who are you kidding? Yes, we can.. But.. No we won’t. Not with Romney. Maybe with the rest.
Beat him every way from Sunday, Monday....
Get the AZ Gov. involved. Have him removed from the ballot!
Fifteen trillion dollars ago, back before Barry violated a hundred years of bankruptcy law in order to put Republican Auto dealers out of business, your point of view made a little sense. Once someone is clearly bankrupting the country and using the Constitution for toilet paper it's time to use everything we can get our hands on to defeat him in this election.
You can't defeat people who live and breath, "Rules for Radicals" with nothing but "Roberts Rules of Order".
I presume people like you are just plain scared.
Sheriff Joe plays hardball, bo.
Romney and Obama are just about the same. Even George Soros says so. Therefore, Romney is a loser. People’s attitude will be ‘Why change’ if they are the same. Romney cannot win. Vote for Santorum. He can beat Obama. He is different. He means what he says and does not change.
Romney spoke in GJ,CO. said zip nada, nothing about Mass.providing Obama with a State model for Obama Care. If I were beguiled enough to vote for Obama I would vote for Obama not some jack Mormon paler version of OBummer. Mitt totally misrepresented-gave a rather gay interpretation for what history suggests was intended when Jefferson changed Locke’s idea of our rights being Life,Liberty and Property to exclude property and remind folks then of Virginia and what George Mason wrote for Virginia. some Mormons I know say they do not want Romney to win—Do not want a Mormon as President I agree with them.
Obama is currently beating Romney by ten points and the others by even more. We are not going to pull it off with this bunch. The MSM has already kicked off his campaign with lies. The most people know about politics are the favorable obama sound bytes and clips they see on their local news before they go to bed.
You reek of obot.
This too will get stuffed down the memory hole.
It was supposed to be ironic. But i see it went over your head...
