The Executive Order seems to be in line with the United Nations radical Agenda 21, as it is designed to begin taking control over almost all aspects of the lives of 16 percent of the American people.

I know this is not recent news, but recent confrontation with western states' sheriffs, suggests some reason for concern when under the guise of a new "Travel Management Plan" being implemented by the U.S. Forest Service to start restricting public access to public lands, it appears Fedzilla wants your land and your wallet...

Incidentally, as of last Aug. 11, the Obama administration had committed nearly $21 billion in loan guarantees to 32 clean energy projects and enrolled 7.1 million acres in the Conservation Reserve Program, which retires environmentally sensitive farm lands and has set aside 300,000 acres in the program specifically to benefit game species; partnering military with state and local governments, land trusts, and landowners to secure conservation easements through the Readiness and Environmental Protection Initiative (REPI) which protects more than 170,000 acres; removing 86,927 tons of biomass from our National Forests to produce energy.
Part of President Obama's America's Great Outdoors initiative is to ensure protection of large, rural landscapes and the abundance of fish and wildlife and announced a new initiative that will spur these collaborative efforts through community-based coalitions of private landowners, conservation groups, and state and federal agencies.
CALLED LAND GRABBING!!!!!!!!!!!

CALLED LAND GRABBING!!!!!!!!!!! Maybe even worse - I can imagine the "protected" areas becoming no-man's land and being used to contain the People by providing do-not-cross boundaries. Might be jumping the gun on this, but so many gun-jumpers of yore have been vindicated by their worst fears becoming rality. These days we MUST ALWAYS look for possible permutations of EVERYTHING the governemnt hits us with.

No you arent. Look up “Wildlands Project” T\”turtle Island” and maps that overlay A21 and those with areas currently being legislated into no-use zones.
You aren’t jumping the gun at all. These Communists have been at it for a L O N G time now and their efforts are comming to fruition.

There are written plans to place large tracts of America completely off limits. Research the Nature Conservancy of which Ted Turner is a huge member. Implement policies pushing people into cities, reduce access to less populated areas, and eventually restrict humans from going there. For the environment ya know.

Obama's new "White House Rural Council" has the potential to be much worse than anything Franklin Roosevelt ever dreamed about. In 1992, the U.N. produced a 40-chapter, non-binding policy document called Agenda 21. This document sets forth recommendations to transform capitalism and a free Republic into an administrative unit of global governance. Bill Clinton's PCSD began imposing these policies on American towns and cities in the mid-1990s. Obama's new council is designed to continue and expand the implementation of these policies into the hinterland.
Remember the National Animal Identification System, which USDA said was being abandoned. Ha! It's back. This new council will have the effect of multi-jurisdictional enforcement. Simply put, If a rancher or farmer fights too hard against the new USDA electronic identification system, the rancher can and will be identified throughout every agency in the council and forced to submit to inspections and enforcement of every rule and regulation imaginable. This is multi-jurisdictional enforcement.
Obama's ultimate goal is to assure that government has ultimate control of every square inch of land, every business activity, the curriculum in every school, and, ultimately, the information that may be conveyed on the public airways.

I didn’t read the whole thing, but more then likely it is a rural exploitation bill.

Bingo.
I spent years writing on landuse issues in the OHV world. The sad part is that we knew all this stuff in the late 90s...some of us even before. And people refuse to believe it when you put the freaking documents in their face...it’s too insane for them to take seriously. They think it’s a ‘whack job right wing fantasy”.
It’s not.

Glad I could help out.
Its not.
Unfortunately. I live close to a biodiversity zone. Almost in my back yard.
I'm in an overlap zone and some day in the not too distant future my whole neighborhood could face the prospect of being forced out of out homes.
It's mostly old folks nowadays so it shouldn't present many problems to the PTB. /sarcasm

Im dead center in one along the Colorado River and was born and raised in another - The Adirondack Park in upstate NY. Towns in the ADK park are losing population hand over fist as the traditional jobs there - Logging, are increasingly restricted.
The plan the PTB cooked up is quite thorough and brutally efficient. Reduce population in said areas via regulation and when population is small enough, force the rest out via biodiversity laws.
Orwell could have taken lessons from this crew. But since no one will believe things like fact, documentation and the evidence of their own eyes, we are damned to experience it.
Most of the areas we tried warning people about in the OHV realm are now locked up tight. It is my fantasy to run into many of the people who told me and others we were full of BS and that we had to ‘compromise’ with Sierra and other green groups. Including the BLM. It would give me great satisfaction to laugh in their faces. That would be the only satisfaction I’ll ever get since we’ve already lost our country. Most of us just haven’t realized it - and the rest don’t care.

I was reading about Agenda 21 in The New American probably some 15 years ago. They way The New American explained it, it was ALL about land grabbing in the name of environmentalism. They were WAY ahead of their time, but many of the things they warned about are now coming true.
