I am a Realtor. We have talked among our selves along with the mortgage brokers, loan officers, title and escrow companies, etc. We all agree on one very important principle in the Real Estate market, leave it alone. No more gimmicks, no more 100% loan products, NO MORE HELP!!!
Let the free market unravel itself. We are doing a great job of quickly selling the bank repos most are such a great buy right now. Just stop and let it find its bottom and it will recover. We have only postponed the pain of the bottom by trying every trick to prevent it. It could of and should of happened 5 years ago.
