Now if you want to get real interesting there is a standing order of excommunication for all communists. Also understand that there are Canon Law violations that get automatic excommunication of which Nancy Pelosi and Sebelius are not in direct conflict with. No Bishop/Pope needs to make a formal pronouncement.
It's not absolutely necessary, but it's more than prudent at this point.
Unrepentant, public sinners, should be publicly excommunicated. This is grave matter. Politicians like Pelosi set a bad example, and the failure to publicly excommunicate them implies tacit acceptance of their actions by the bishop.
I followed this list, and according to it, our present-day Pope Benedict XV1, Pope John Paul 11, and Archbishop Wuerl, Archbishop Niederauer, are all excommunicated! What in the world is this all about?
Pope Benedict is still the Pope, and John Paul 11 was the pope until the day he died! How could he have been excommunicated? By whom? Two of these men above are still acting Archbishops. Who excommunicated them? Something’s wrong here!
