Reporting from Washington With just days before the Nevada GOP presidential caucuses, front runner Mitt Romney appears poised to win the state by a considerable margin.
A new poll by the Cannon Survey Center at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, found that Romney has the support of 45% of likely Republican caucus-goers, followed by Newt Gingrich with 25%, Rick Santorum with 11% and Ron Paul with 9%.

Romney can lead all the way till November for all I care, he won’t be getting my vote.
The further along these primaries go the more liberal and shaky Romney becomes. I’ve said from day 1 he’s nothing but a used car salesman and that’s probably an insult to used car salesmen. He says whatever he needs to but we learn more and more about his real beliefs as the process moves forward.
He is unstable and his performance in debates is just that a performance.
If he is the nominee, I fear we are in a great deal of trouble. The line between him and Obama is so blurred no one will see the difference in voting for one over the other...in which case the incumbent wins.
Romney must be defeated.
I’m guessing main point of the graphic totally escaped you...sorry.
Seriously, though, Romney got 51% in 2008. He's not going to lose Nevada.
I imagine that there is a large Mormon vote in Nevada.
You guess wrong. Next time get a picture that doesn’t have two parents who look like wacked out druggies as your example of the noble poor. Personally, I just want these people to take their hands out of my pockets.
Why? Because one poster complained?
Consider this a vote in support of you keeping it.
Yes, but you know that googling white and poor will always end up with a bunch of druggies, that’s just reality. I suggest do not use the left’s meme. I agree with Mitt, there is nothing more that can be done for these people. The sad truth is that a vast majority of the poor, of all colors, are poor because they are druggies, winos, or just too stupid or lazy. All the social programs or ecomomic growth will never change them. No matter what is done, they will always exist. As a society we should be mature enough to realize this.
Saddest thing of all is that Newt and Santorum together doesn’t beat dumb candidate Romney AGAIN. What is up with these Americans. I can’t see how they can poll caucus’ anyway. With Angle’s endorsement of Santorum, I see him coming in second place. What is up with trump....24 hours of news and nothing yet. It would be funny if he just gets on TV to talk about the Apprentice.
Come on softy. Tell those that complain to buzz of. You are stronger than that. We all know what you mean by the picture. Bottom line is to remind people of what McRomney said.
There is some compensation, I think that Utah is going to Toss Hatch.
Your call.
Never said anything to you before about them, but I do enjoy them.
Keep up the good work.

plus the help from leftist, again trying to pick our candidate.
However, 25 + 11 + 9 and we could have beaten him very closely ...even in a heavy mormonalized state.
It’s the math again, stupid GOP’ers.
Maybe next time (if there is ever another election) we’ll be smart enough NOT to allow libertarians to run on a GOP ticket. We will also pre-screen who’s running and have them pledge not to be spoilers.
What does that get us? probably a Democrat.
The reason some of us warn not to criticize Romney for his religion is because they will play the Mormon card on anyone who does. I’ve heard over and over that the only reason the Mitt lost So. Carolina was because there are sooo many evangelicals down there who hate Mormons.
I tell them that playing the Mormon card is just another example of Mitt’s similarity to Obama, only Obama uses the race card.
“You know, those people who cling to their guns and Bibles, and hate anyone who isn’t like them.”
But doesn’t that work both ways? can’t it also be said that Romney only won Nevada, Arizona and Utah (assuming he does) because he is a Mormon? doesn’t that take some of the positive spin off those wins for Romney?
