I agree with Mitt, there is nothing more that can be done for these people. The sad truth is that a vast majority of the poor, of all colors, are poor because they are druggies, winos, or just too stupid or lazy. All the social programs or ecomomic growth will never change them. No matter what is done, they will always exist. As a society we should be mature enough to realize this.
