You have to notice that this report comes out before the Issa report. Issa has been investiating this F&F thing for months, and no action taken.
Now the Democrats have issued their own report and Issa will begin to tone down his own and it will eventually die down and dissappear
That is my opinion and I hope I am wrong, but I haven’t seen anything to change my mind. F&F might coast along for a few more weeks, but it’s over.
Their "investigation" of misdeeds by Democrats has no creedence, and should be followed by a presser by Issa and Grassley which states that their findings so far are indeed markedly different, and that a whitewash and unofficial report of an ongoing investigation is not just premature, but merely a political ploy.
While maybe FOX will air it, if the statement is made, it will get out on the web.

The rats were very concerned that Holder would have nothing to talk about, other than incriminate himself. He can't just plead the 5th on every question. The results of this report IS his "5th" to plead, in lieu of the real 5th. Now he can babble on and one, and weave in tons of references, "... now I refer you to page 47, paragraph A, sentence 3, character 7, and pica 12 on that." "Please refer to report page 72, between line 7 and 8, in that whitespace, you can clearly see that..."
Issa got them and he will not let go.
