No, Obama didn’t present anything, he was a no show. So the ONLY evidence is what the three plaintiffs presented. That is all the judge can consider.

I don't believe that's true.

According to the default orders rules posted all over the internet, the judge can establish the rules for the default party's participation.

I think you are correct.

I think it is possible that he could consider the birth certificate but it seems to me that it would have to be a certified copy - not a copy of the certified copy.

But then again, I guess he could choose to accept a copy of the certified copy.
