" I am praying for God to help us out of this mess but I’m not going to try and tell God how to do it."

I think your words sum up what most of us feel even as we are REALLY praying for Newt's victory tonight. Afterall, we ARE told to ask!

But--we also know that His will, not ours, must be done. And that can be a pretty bitter "cup" to swallow at times. Yet I truly believe that when such a cup is given--no matter how "galling" it may taste (as would be the case if Romney wins Florida, and--worse--the nomination), it is meant to somehow "work together for good" for those who love God.

Now as to just exactly how?

I HAVE NO CLUE!!:)!

“think your words sum up what most of us feel even as we are REALLY praying for Newt’s victory tonight.”

You know, sometimes God may not grant a prayer request for a specific reason.

Perhaps He wanted Newt to lose tonight, because a loss at the hands of a sleezy campaign by Romney may just fire up Newts support in states more friendly to his conservative message and put Newt over the top in the end. I know I am angry and fired up!

I’m in Southern California in a pretty conservative part in eastern LA county. We are the last primary. We very well be the deciders in this fight. If that is the case I can assure I will be volunteering ever minute of my free time to help NEWT!
