Rush is exasperating. He thinks if a candidate says “conservative” things that it actually means something. You can’t “pull” someone to the right. You either are there or you’re not.
He might be right on that.
I’m on my 3rd Romneybot who is trying to tell me Romney is good on immigration and Newt is wanting amnesty.
Think many of us knew this was coming.
Right near the end and at the end of the this FL election and after the establishment has done their dirty work the Ronneybots and paid staffers will be on here telling us that we have ton come and vote together and defeat obama.

I think Rush is really approaching his last days behind the Golden EIB Mic. He has become so witless over the past year, and has little to no fire anymore. Today, he is actually complaining that Newt is whining. And then right on cue, Hot Air picks this up and writes a story on it. Way to go Rush. Way to become completely irrelevant and make is easier for Romneycare to win the nomination. Plus he is saying that Newt was against repealing the fairness doctrine.
But of course, for Rush, “his success doesn’t rely on who wins elections”. No kidding, millionaires have a tendency to find ways around the govt. controlling their lives.
It’s up to Gingrich himself to pull off the nomination. He’s not going to get much help from the big mouths on radio.
