Even the New York Times can see and admit the strategy...Romney using the conservative media to attack Gingrich. I’m surprised they were willing to be honest about it, though.

Yes, what went on with the Drudge Report for that week, especially Thursday, was obvious to anyone willing to simply be honest about it. What I wish some enterprising journalist would look into, is what exactly transpired between the Romney staff, or any other anti-Newt entity, for that event to take place.

Was it something like buying the keys to a website Ferrari for the week? And if something like that actually happened, what was the cost of that rental?
