This is the guy I believe should have been president. I agree with him here once again. He knows the press and the narratives they create all to well.

Matt is cool, and conservative and.....I think the libs realized the 2012 odds and the fact they’d need a film of Matt doing something usually considered extremely non-conservative.

I mean COME ON, 13 anti-Newt articles in ONE day? That reallllly smacks of blackmail.

They finally have him in a pink honey-trap, I think.

I love the guy, he has helped us A LOT, but I’m not dumb enough to think there’s not more going on, here.

Well, I always thought Drudge was more or less a conservative. He always seemed to be pro-life. I do not understand his love for Romney, but then again, Drudge never promised us anything. His website doesn’t profess to be conservative. Who knows what his reasons are.

Then again, are we sure he is really for Romney, or does he just maybe hate Gingrich? Like Coulter, his buddy?

Anyway, Drudge is just one person, with biases. It doesn’t infuriate me as much as when Faux or CNN does it, when they profess to be at least objective “news.” One’s own page is always going to be slanted to one’s own likes.

Fred is absolutely right. We need more people like Fred pointing out the obvious to idiots who can’t seem to think for themselves. If we could just get Newt elected and then get him to appoint Fred as Attorney General we can then start to jail those responsible for the housing crisis and the theft of tarp funds and all of the other scandals. Frank, Dodd, Kerry Pelosi and many other rat criminals. As far as news sources go I am done with The Drudge Report.

And your “bite me” remark was comedic genius.

I guess it comes down to the fact that I want to win the 2012 election. I want Obama sent back to Chicago or Kenya or wherever. I’m not interested in an ideological purity contest. Romney and Gingrich are both fat cat political insiders and I don’t really care which one it is. They are more or less the same. I just want to stop the circular firing squad and train our fire on Obama. The whole “if my doesn’t win I’ll stay home attitude” is getting really tiresome. Its childish and self defeating.

As a huge fan of Drudge, I feel compelled to point this out.

If you go onto Drudge right now, he has links to recent archives which show headlines that were more “favorable” (if you want to call it that) to Gingrich.

Go ahead, take a look. Right under the Fred Thompson story. Not trying to start any mudslinging here as I’m a huge fan of FR too, I just wanted to point that out.

Did he venture a guess as to what Romney pocket Ann Coulter is in?

The front pocket. Wait, that's a zipper. Same difference. :)

Mark Levin says he's a good friend and we shouldn't be critical.

I say, if Drudge has a public agenda to sway an election all bets are off.

What does drudge care now anyway, he's up there with Coulter.

:O) it served its purpose...Primary's are to vet, campaigns are to attack Obama policys...But I never said I wouldn't vote, I said I won't vote for Romney. We have to deal with what we are left with...I was for Cain, he's not in the running anymore but of the 2 main one's, Romney is Obama with lighter skin. If you want to vote for someone that ran left of Kennedy and by his own admission is a progressive, governed as a pro choice governor and anti second amentment thats your decision. The Jackass changed all his views when he went national...I will vote down ballot for conservatives but not Romney. It has nothing to do with purity. I don't agree with Newt on many things but agree with Romney on NOTHING. You seem to just want an R after the presidents name...that doesn't sound like a conservative to me and purity has no vote. Policy does...

Look at how Romney governed and not what comes out of his mouth...He's a leftist democrat in governing...and laughs about it..

Fred is right. What I don’t understand is why Drudge made such an obvious show of selling out. He’s not even trying to hide it. In my opinion, he can never be taken as a legitimate news source ever again. What the hell does he expect to gain by selling out to Massachusetts Mitt anyways? ... a sodomite ‘marriage’?
