A large percentage of Florida Republicans have already voted by absentee ballot. I’ve heard that as many as 40% had voted before the SC primary. I don’t think these daily tracking polls have any use at all.

If so it might be possible that a good percentage of these will have pro-Newt votes, since his collapse then rise was in a very short period of time before the SC primary. These votes might outside that window and inside the time window that showed a significant level of support for Newt.
