I’m pretty sure Karl Marx said the same thing.

Have I misread that statement. Even Biden can’t be that stupid.
Somebody get Biden a history book. Reagan’s trickle down government was to CUT TAXES and allow people to spend more money which in turn allowed higher employment. It worked for Reagan, and it worked for Bush.
