What happened to “climate change” and “global warming”?
The Earth is still getting hotter, but those terms have nearly disappeared from political vocabulary.
President Obama’s State of the Union address Tuesday was a prime example of this shift. The president said “climate change” just once. By contrast, Obama used the terms “energy” and “clean energy” nearly two dozen times.
A recent Brown University study looked specifically at the Obama administration’s language and found that mentions of “climate change” have been replaced by calls for “clean energy” and “energy independence.” Graciela Kincaid, a co-author of the study, wrote: “The phrases ‘climate change’ and ‘global warming’ have become all but taboo on Capitol Hill. These terms are stunningly absent from the political arena.”
Calling climate change by another name creates limits of its own. The way we talk about the problem affects how we deal with it. And though some new wording may deflect political heat, it can’t alter the fact that, “climate change” or not, the climate is changing.

Hey WaPo, “The Earth is still getting hotter,..” is pure bull Obama.
You might try reading the latest WSJ. It has journalists who are actually literate in science.
We’ve not seen warming for over 10 years...in fact, it’s been getting slightly cooler. Even the glo-bull warming liars admitted this in their revealed emails!

Climate is always changing and it is universal.
The universe is not stuck it time and we know little of how it works. It's a pretty picture made up of dots just like our TV screen...and it's a really big screen.
Man is simply an observer and cannot predict the future.
This climate change merry-go-round is all about MONEY!!!

There’s a big difference-
“Climate change” is a fantasy used by the left to attack industrial capitalists, where “green energy” is code for Obama’s intention to hand hundreds of millions to his supporters in exchange for campaign contributions. Right now, greenbacks are a higher priority to Dear Leader than pandering to his lunatic base who will vote for him no matter what he does.

We should file a class action lawsuit against Al Gore, the IPCC and every institution that promoted this crap.

The hoax part of the RES is that "clean electricity" is being advertised as a way to save the earth from the "dreadful fate" of anthropogenic global warming (AGW). ……...... look at the summary of the NIPCC report "Nature, not human activity, rules the climate." ......
The fraud relates to the idea that energy produced without CO2 emissions is "clean." This word "clean" is being misused, and that's a huge part of the problem. ………….. But CO2 is not a pollutant -- in spite of the claims of the EPA in its "Endangerment Finding," which has yet to be tested in court. CO2 is not toxic nor irritating nor visible -- nor a climate-forcer of any significance, so the idea that we have to stop emitting CO2, or capture and sequester it, is a pure fraud.
And finally, the whole scheme is a financial rip-off. We all know that wind and solar energy are intermittent......
The biggest part of the swindle is that the RES is being sold on the basis of creating "green jobs."

Well, since the globe hasn’t warmed in the last 10 - 15 years, use of the term “global warming” should be dropping.
And since the climate is always changing, the term “climate change” is meaningless, and thus shouldn’t drop by a third, but should be dropped altogether.
Now if these pinheads detect evidence of climate stasis, that would be real news, and would actually justify the ink wasted in the article.
Today, Friday’s Wall Street Journal included an op-ed by multiple distinguished worldwide scientists that totally debunked “manmade global warming”. Good balanced article.
We are finally getting a voice!
The purpose of O’s presidency is to bring in carbon trading. It is potentially a trillion dollar enterprise that puts you in the position of having veto power over the entire economy, while simultaneously taking a cut of every enterprise. Its also a wonderful means of legal money laundering.
So, global warming? Climate change? Sustainable energy? Whatever works. Keep pushing until you get where you are going.
The Earth is indeed getting hotter, and has done so since the end of the little ice age.
