The president is a candidate for office. This hearing was directly involved to his endeavor to run for office. It was NOT a frivolous suit.

Obama has a legal team to protect his valuable time (playing golf and reading speeches)... Why cant that legal team simply comply in this matter? I would think he would want the record to reflect what he has put out for public consumption
