Under attack for his healthcare plan in Massachusetts, Mitt Romney tried to downplay the issue.
Responding to attacks over his healthcare plan in Massachusetts, former Gov. Mitt Romney said the plan is not worth getting angry about in Thursdays Republican debate.
Former Sen. Rick Santorum (Penn.) hit Romney over a plan that has many similarities to President Obamas Affordable Care Act, often refered to by Republicans as "Obamacare."

Romney, if your not angry about Obamacare, then you should not be our candidate. Go home.
Not for him. As a member of the Ruling Class, he never has to worry about being deemed a useless eater.
Go Santorum.
Wow ! With that kind of fire in the belly I can’t wait to see Mittens go up against Hussein on this issue!!! </s>
He did not take it away by a long shot. My first reaction to that comment was, OF COURSE its nothing for a person worth over 250 million dollars to worry about, you self insure! People with that kind of bank do NOT have health, life, auto, or homeowners insurance- they sign waivers to self insure.
Not the case for the rest of us. So, while it may be nothing for HIM to get angry about, it is for most people. That will be used against him going forward.
Just think of the television commercials alone! If I was Newt or even (shudder) Obama, I would start a continuous run of Mitt uttering this line.
VOICEOVER: "So what does Mitt Romney think about healthcare?"
Romney: "It's not worth getting angry about...."
If Mitt doesn't backtrack and confess he screwed up with Romneycare AND wins the nomination, he will not only give Obama the victory but will give him a landslide mandate to destroy the United States at warp speed!
To Mitt, not a single damn thing is worth getting angry about...except someone attacking him.
Tone. Deaf.
Pretty much sums him up. Go along to get along.
There. Fixed it.
Santorum is going somewhere alright.. back home to Virginia

I didn’t take it that way at all. When Romney said it he sounded like he was saying their volley in the debate was nothing to get angry about , not the topic of debate.
This guy has no idea what is going on in the real world.
I hope everyone who hasn’t already done it, will take the time to contact Santorum and urge him to “take one for the team.”
Only Newt or Romney will win FL.
After Santorum loses it, he’s through. Does he want Newt still standing after FL, or not? The answer tells you all you need to know about Santorum, and he will show us the answer by his action in the next few days. In or out. Pro-Romney or pro-Gingrich. It’s that simple.
Call or write him and urge him to make the choice now, for Newt.
Their volley? Care to expand on that?
who knows what Romney thinks when he’s talking.. he certainly doesn’t believe half the stuff that comes out of his mouth,,, but he’s slick at saying it
he admitted he never saw an attack ad he put out on Gingrich that he said he personally approved of.. that kind of tells how sleezy he is
Also, he is breathtakingly patronizing.
Ditto. A stench of AlGore.....
That said; if you ARE for Newt; then go to Drudge and vote in poll for the candidate with the most; who offers the best. (Of course, you can vote you choice/lol)
Go Newt!
(Never good to see Paul ahead; and by turn; oddly; Romney who matches votes. Says a great deal about those who support them, however.)
