A ruling in favor of the plaintiff keeps 0bama off the democrat primary ballot in Georgia. Beyond that, who knows?I know what's beyond it. So does Obama and so do all his minions. A bleeping race war in 2012. Obama would consider a legal defeat in this GA court to be a 24kt gift from heaven.
