I am afraid some resolution is being hammered out behind closed doors

The audio was good when the clerk spoke from the bench and called the attorneys into chambers. I think they are patched into the court PA - the external mike is being garbled by all the background noise on a digital mike.

I'm sure the judge is considering a plaintiff request for a summary judgement and speaking with them about it.
