I’m rootin’ for Rick. But in VA my only choices are Romney and Paul. I’ll be casting a Paul-in-protest vote.
El Rushbo clearly has a soft spot for Santorum, as does Mark Levin. I wonder what they would say if they saw the “50 Things You Don’t’ Know About Rick Santorum” brochure the Santorum campaign came up with in 2006 to appeal to Pennsylvania libs and moderates.

It seems we live in a time where people are looking for extremes rather than what we want our sons to grow up to be. Just watch TV for 5 minutes. Don't get me wrong, i think Newt has changed, but confrontation is what many people think they must have to beat Obama. I just hope Newts tactic doesn't wear old. It only took 1 primary and 1 week to knock the air out of Mitt’s invincibility balloon. Rick has enough time to differentiate himself.

Santorum deserves a long, deep look. I think he’s the best we’ve got, the most conservative positives and the least negatives / baggage.
