Indeed. From the photo, I wonder if Obama is touching or has hold of her other arm with his right hand/arm?? Looks like it crosses the plane of reasonable personal space.
It looks like he DEFINITELY is at least in contact with her elbow. It would be interesting to see if she moved her arm away after that point or not. Her left hand seems to be in a strange position unless it was in motion. I’ll see if I can’t find a video clip of the exchange somewhere - I wonder if anyone can read their lips?
