Authorities say the suspect managed to climb out an open window that he originally came through, then died in the back yard.Well, at least he was nice enough to clean up after himself.

"The law reads that at some point you have to show that you're in fear of your life and that you were in danger," said Amormino. "That part is still under investigation." Amormion is like dealing with Droopy the Dog...
Amormino isn't smart enough to understand, if someone has entered your home uninvited, your life is likely in grave danger. Only a foolish moron would wait for an intruder to do harm before killing them.

Dana Point is one of THE most upscale coastal communities in California. It is on the Gold Coast between San Clemente and Laguna Beach. No neighborhood is completely safe.

The resident has not been charged in the shooting ... but he will, I'm sure, given that this is in Godforsaken Californication, where illegal aliens and criminals go free, but citizens who defend themselves have their lives destroyed.
