I thought the same thing. She had on a cocktail dress. It wasn’t appropriate for the speech. She always does this though. Can’t wait till she’s outa there!
You are exactly right. This is a cocktail dress at what should be a business setting. But then whoever is advising her on fashion has NO idea WTF they’re doing.
That barf bag next her with the pony tail does not convey a business look. It says “old lady with 12 year old hair”.
