Mitt Romney attacked his GOP presidential rival Newt Gingrich over what has to date been one of Gingrich’s most effective debate methods — going after the moderators and the media for questions he deems inappropriate.
“It’s very easy to talk down a moderator,” Romney said Wednesday on Fox News. “The moderator asks a question and then has to sit by and take whatever you send to them. And Speaker Gingrich has been wonderful at attacking the moderators and attacking the media.”

Newt, for all his flaws, has been able to figure this out.
Santorum is learning.
Mitt, not so much.
Discredit Obama and we win, at most, one election cycle. Discredit the enemedia and the entire game can be changed.
Newt may be a blowhard egotistical narcissist, but I give him credit for being the first to figure this out.

Romney's entire campaign is the liberal GOP establishment trying to stick it to the GOP base, rubbing our face in their excrement. That's why, right before New Hampshire, he trotted out John McCain: "See, I'm going to win this thing with the help of the same non-GOP voters who gave you McCain, and you're just going to have to deal with it whether you like me or not. Shut up and sit down!"

The above statement by Romney makes no sense.
Romney has never taken a strong stance on anything. I remember when Palin was still a contender and she was the only one of probable Republican Presidential Candidates who had the fortitude to take on Obama. Does “death panels” ring a bell with anyone?
Romney would not have a clue as to how to get into his opponents face. Maybe Romney could put on kneepads. But that would be the extent.
Romney has surrounded himself with losers ie, Charlie Crist & Norm Coleman. Romney is no fighter, he’ll take it on the chin from MSM.

I had dinner with McCain in AZ while he was running. The guy is a nutcase who is likely the most egotistical SOB I have ever met. What is very weird about him is that once he makes his mind up he can’t seem to change it. It is as if whatever he thinks is reality and that is all that you need to know.
His wife was smoking hot. Wow. Why she has anything to do with him is a mystery to me.

I think his advisors tried to keep him from making off-the-cuff remarks for the longest time. And now we see why. Because he really IS that stupid.
Don't let them play that game. NO conservative nominee will be good enough for the libs or GOP elite. If we ditch Newt, who by the way may be our best shot, they'll simply setup for the next guy in line. Cain, Perry, Bachman were all excellent candidates yet they were systematically torn down by the left.
