Newt Gingrich's decision today to bash Mitt Romney for hiring former Charlie Crist loyalists and employees doesn't seem to be sitting well with Sen. Marco Rubio, who drove Crist out of the Republican Party before beating him at the polls in 2010.
Said Rubio: "Mitt Romney is no Charlie Crist. Romney is a conservative. and he was one of the first national Republican leaders to endorse me. He came to Florida, campaigned hard for me, and made a real difference in my race."
“See, the deal here now is”
I get it. They don’t. It’s juvenile.
LOL, you are usually trying to move us left, that is why you were anti-Palin, right now you are coming to bat for Romney on this thread.
You guys have been here long enough to know that at this stage of our desperate fight, defending Romney is not an option.
Nobody is forcing you to do it.
I’m sorry. I had forgotten that you are the official arbiter in charge of deciding who is a conservative and who is not. A thousand pardons....
Oh so that’s why Romney has Crist and his crew running his campaign?
“Nobody is forcing you to do it.”
I get it. You’re a comdedian who can’t read or reason. You’re not even funny. You’re the one supporting Romney, aren’t you? Disgusting how you show up and try to trick everyone.
” A thousand pardons....”
Why bother?
The deal is
Newt for President
Mitch Daniels for V.P.
Ron Paul for head of Federal Reserve
Rick Santorum Secretary of State
We can read, and reading your posts coming to Romney’s camp, is something we can’t ignore.
Romney and his Democrat pals.
Crist and his Democrat pal.
OMG!
Rubio is right!
Romney and Crist are sooooooo different.
Rubio, just because someone campaigns or helps you out, it doesn't mean you need to kiss their butt two years later.
If you want to offer backing to the pro-Romney camp here then you can expect some blowback.
Rubio going to battle for Romney was a big mistake and a betrayal.
“Rubio going to battle for Romney was a big mistake and a betrayal.”
Battle? Mistake? Betrayal? Blowback? Sounds eerily like a threat. I think you’re over the edge. Been reading too much of that wolves, sheep, sheepdog stuff.
In case you never read it...I’m still in the Perry camp.
You found this eerie, threatening, over the edge?
“Rubio going to battle for Romney was a big mistake and a betrayal.
I notice you abandoned defending the Romney camp and are merely making personal attacks.
Just lay off the pro-Romney reactions to Florida events.
Hey you!! Perry. Hammer hammer hammer. Perry. I’ve never defended any other campaign. Don’t care about Romney at this point. Don’t care about Gingrich at this point. I will support the last man standing against Obama for the good of the nation. Will you?
LOL, No, I won’t be supporting Mitt Romney.
Not sure who the heck you are but I speak for the Florida Conservatives. In 2008 the enemy was McCain and his enemy was Mitt therefore the enemy of our enemy is an enema. Ergo we supported Mitt, got mad at Crist, replaced him with Rubio. He is our man and that is why I was chosen to speak for all the Conservatives in Florida. Resistance is futile.
You are the first to complain that I don’t post enough...not sure if I should take that as a complement or an insult. since you can’t read tag lines I guess I’ll chalk it up to bad eyesight.
So Rubio puts a dagger in Gingrich and into conservatives, does what he can to be the cavalry rescuing Mitt Romney from being beaten by Gingrich and the conservatives and tea party, you defend that, and I am supposed to think all that is just fine?
The guy may have just made Romney the nominee, if you want to defend that, then some of us may react to you.
Rubio picked teams, and it was the wrong one.
Yeah, you sound as liberal as I first thought.
Didn’t know I was talking to Leon Trotsky. Really, I thought we got rid of all you Paulbots!
